Terms of Service

1. The service

French Paradise offers French lessons, exercises, videos and practice tests. The programmes currently available are IB MYP French, IB DP French B (two separate subscriptions) and DELF (A1–B2); CBSE Class X and TEF Canada are coming soon and cannot be purchased yet. Part of each programme is free; the rest requires a paid subscription to that programme.

French Paradise is an independent learning resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the International Baccalaureate Organization, CBSE, France Éducation international (DELF) or the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce (TEF). We do not guarantee any exam result.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. An account is personal: it may not be shared, sold or used by several students.

Students under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent; their account is activated once the parent has confirmed by email.

We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms (for example sharing an account or copying the content).

3. Subscriptions and payment

Each programme has its own monthly subscription: IB MYP French ₹1499, IB DP French B ₹1499, DELF A1 ₹499, DELF A2 ₹499, DELF B1 ₹499 and DELF B2 ₹499 per month. A subscription gives access to the paid content of that programme only, for the month paid; you can subscribe to several programmes. Prices include applicable taxes and are shown before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel.

We may change our prices in the future; any change will be announced at least 30 days in advance and will apply only from your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Payments are not refundable, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The lessons, texts, exercises, explanations and design of French Paradise belong to Paradise Languages. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, download, sell, share or publish them elsewhere without our written permission.

Videos embedded from YouTube remain the property of their creators. Official exam documents remain the property of their publishers and are used for practice purposes only.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to access paid content without a subscription, disrupt the service, upload harmful content or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep the content accurate and the website available, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
